On this page, Solomon plays concerti by Mozart, Beethoven, Schumann, Brahms and others. Included is the Adagietto of the piano concerto by Arthur Bliss, an English composer of whom I am very fond. Solomon gave the world premiere performance of this concerto at the 1939 New York World's Fair accompanied by Sir Adrian Boult and the New York Philharmonic. I have been unable to find the other movements performed by Solomon, but I will add them as soon as I do. This is a first class concerto that deserves much more attention outside of the UK.
In addition to the concerti, Solomon plays Beethoven's "Archduke" Trio, a wonderful performance of one of the most beloved of all chamber works.
